We also provide a 360 degree process for senior leaders that gathers anonymous data from multiple stakeholders and then we craft a report that shows the strengths and areas of needed development for the leaders review. We work with our clients to then build an “action plan” that will continue to build on the leader’s strengths and meaningfully address their areas of improvement.
Periodic “Check Ins” are scheduled quarterly to assess progress toward
agreed upon goals.
