If leaders are to leverage the talents of their senior cabinet/group, then they have to learn to build a stellar team. Unfortunately, few leaders know how to do this. Many assume that if you get really talented people together, somehow, “Magically”, they will become a high performing team. It is a pervasive and misleading myth.
We have recently published a book, by HRD Press, “Creating The Exceptional Team” (2014) that provides the reader with practical ideas and processes that will help them build a great team.
Several years ago, we published a survey “The Exceptional Team Survey”.
We work with senior groups and help them reach their potential and leverage their talent, all without being “touchy feely” or singing “Kumbaya” together.
